In association with iSoccer Australia and funding from the Queensland and Federal Government, WSports has proposed the YOUTH MENTORSHIP PROGRAM.

WSports Youth Mentorship program is an exciting new initiative designed to develop young, ambitious coaches and give them access to young women looking to access the sport, or just to support. The program is specifically designed where the mentees will get guidance, support, challenges and have the opportunity to bounce career-related ideas off someone they may not have otherwise met. The Mentorship Program will consist of a 6-month structured platform that will allow coaches unique access to organic growth and personal development.

The W Coach Development Program is designed to train senior female coaches, who in turn will act as educators to other female coaches who wish to further develop and progress their coaching careers and address the lack of highly qualified coaches available to many of the sporting codes in Australia.

The W Active involvement program is designed to focus on several groups (youth, mothers and elderly) to provide the opportunity to participate in team sports, exercise and get involved and socialist through the medium of sports and team building.

In association with the Women's Sports Network (wsn.org.au) the Female Athlete Promotion Program (FAPP) is designed to provide exposure to both emerging and established athletes by ensuring that there is sufficient media coverage of both the sports and the individual players. This is designed to fill the gap in the female based sports reporting, provide voices to younger journalists, and provide inspiration to youth by providing an accessway in which they can emulate their sporting heroes that are identifiable.

In association with SportBoxApp, WSports is rolling out a communication platform focussing on team and coach communication across a wide number of sports.

We are always looking to explore new partnership options with organisations and companies keen to advance the cause of women in sport.
